General Terms and Conditions of Donations - summary
When you make a donation to the Moyo Care Foundation, you agree to the terms below.
We like to keep it simple, open and honest - just the way we work.
💛 1. What do we use your donation for?
All donations are spent on the foundation's purpose:
making medical care and medicine accessible to people in and around Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
We operate on a not-for-profit basis and account annually in our annual report.
❤️ 2. One-time or monthly giving
You can have a one-time donation do or choose to regular friend of the Foundation to be.
Monthly donations can be stopped at any time by emailing us at info@moyocarefoundation.org.
🌿 3. Refund for error
A donation is basically a voluntary gift.
Did you accidentally transfer the wrong amount? Then please take within 14 days contact us - together we will look for a suitable solution.
🖤 4. Careful handling of data
We handle your personal data with care.
Your information will only be used to process your donation and will not be sold or passed on to third parties.

💚 5. Transparency and trust
We spend at least 90% of donations directly to relief efforts in Zimbabwe.
Board members receive no remuneration, only reimbursement of verifiable expenses.
