Arjan van der Vlist, an acquaintance of the village, stands in bike suit at my door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has spontaneously organized a new event \u201c The 4 of Doet\u201d. With some help from the Orange Brigade, the local cycling club, the event is scheduled to take place that Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As with other events, he plans to support a local charity with proceeds from the \u201cthird half.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He heard about our foundation through word of mouth, so he thought it would be nice to support it in this 1<sup>e<\/sup> edition of \u201cThe 4 of Does.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"459\" height=\"617\" src=\"https:\/\/moyocarefoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Afbeelding1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2281\" style=\"width:303px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/moyocarefoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Afbeelding1.jpg 459w, https:\/\/moyocarefoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Afbeelding1-223x300.jpg 223w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 459px) 100vw, 459px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wow! What a super initiative!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The foundation is not even officially live yet and already there is a spontaneous initiative. So incredibly cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saturday, July 26, was the day. About 40 cyclists crosstrained through the park for 4 hours, hoping to put the most laps on the counter. It was a true battle of attrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afterwards there was soda, beer and a small snack and the proceeds were for the foundation. It was a very successful event, a pleasant third half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With staggering proceeds of no less than <strong>550 euros!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What a heartwarming initiative.
